Media: Oil Ampersand gessoboard

Painted from life on Ampersand Gessoboard. The bowl is actually a sugar bowl and is part of a bone china teaset purchased in England many years ago. This lovely, delicate teaset then sailed across the Atlantic to America. It arrived in New York then travelled on to California. Weeks later, on reaching it's final destination, most of the teaset pieces were sadly found to be broken. This sugar bowl and it's matching milk jug were among the survivors.
