I've used a limited palatte (ivory black, titantium white, red, and a dash of yellow ochre) to paint this portrait of my horse napping. In the summer time he goes out in the cool of night to graze and comes in the barn during the day. He enjoys a good nap after lunch time. I had a bit of trouble with glare when photographing this painting, so just take a look at both views!
