9 x 12 Oil on OPDLX Linen panel I enjoy painting vehicles, old vehicles in auto and truck rest yards, this is captivating. The eerie silence of all the vehicles; I imagine the stories of the men who ran the mills, assembled them, sold them, the families who used them for years taking children to school, delivering goods, going to church, the movies, grandma's house, the grocery store, trips to the beach, the county fair; the laughter, arguments too, finally having to say goodby after many years of service. This one is especially nice because these were around when I was young and this is a really beautiful body style.
