How I loved the colors of this early spring evening. The fields were still brown with mud and last year's grass and hay, but somehow they looked rich and beautiful, with hints of faded green, rose, and purple. And above in the eastern sky the clouds reflected the colors of sunset.
This painting is varnished, and is unframed.
