I've been wanting to paint this one for a while, I guess I was just waiting for the right odd-sized piece of wood to show up. Gerbera daisies have some of the happiest faces! They always make me smile. Acrylic paint on a 1.5" wide cradled wood panel. Sides are painted black. Painting and sides are finished with a satin varnish for added protection and an even sheen.
