How much color and paint can fit on a tiny canvas? About this much 😊 Turbulent clouds, warm yellow and red rays from the sun, with only the slightest hint of the tree line and ground below to anchor the sky. I used a 1/2” Simmons Titanium brush and an Oakblade palette knife to lend a big, loose feel to this little painting. 

“Red and Yellow” is a 6” X 6” oil painting on 1 1/2” deep gallery wrapped canvas. It will be well packed for shipping and arrive ready to hang.   

*** I’m a Texas based artist finding inspiration in the everyday beauty of the world. I’ve been a public-school teacher for 20+ years (say a prayer for me.) I’m also a musician, a husband, a father, and an animal lover.
