I've opened an Etsy store and am taking commissions on custom cat portraits. I've done this off and on for a while now and it's a lot of fun. Click on the "Buy Now from Etsy" link to read more about ordering a custom cat painting. Sizes are 5x5" or 6x6" oil on canvas panel. The prices on commissions are higher than when I sell a finished painting (that you take as-is). There is some give and take and back and forth with commissions (to make sure things are just right) and this makes commissions more time-consuming. Artists often charge more for commissions because of this. The two paintings I show here are of previous paintings I've done and are not for sale. The Maine Coon portrait "Mister Lumpy" is of a cat that belonged to my sister. He passed away and she's happy to have his portrait hanging on the wall.
