This bridge is how Hwy. 20 crosses over from Corvallis to Albany, OR. It was done from the north side of the Willamette river at Takena Landing park. When heavy trucks were on the bridge, they set up a harmonic that sounded like a song, complete with high pitched melody and thundering bass line. One of my workshop participants had a dog with her. The little dog growled whenever the bridge started "singing."
