Aloe Cactus @ Majorelle gardens is part of a group of 4 paintings which were inspired by a visit to the Majorelle Gardens in Marakech. “Les jardins Majorelle, Marakech” were designed by the French Artist, Jacques Majorelle in 1924 and purchased by Yves St Laurent in 1980. Over 300 species of plants from 5 continents, including cactus palms and aquatic plants are located here in a small haven of peace in the heart of the City of Marakech.
