I painted this from a photo that I took on Burnt Island two summers ago. This is the second oldest survivng lighthouse in Maine built in 1821 and is located in Boothbay Harbor, ME. The Living History Museum located on the island is run by The Department of Marine resources and is open to the public. I painted this from a photo that I took on Burnt Island two summers ago.
