I attended a figure drawing session via zoom this week and made some charcoal reference drawings for future paintings. The (nude) model was in London, I live in the US, other attendees were everywhere... Anyway, I tend to put clothes on my subjects, in this one a simple white dress, as she daydreams on a muted green sofa. She'll likely show up again in party dresses and ballet wear in future paintings. Maybe even nude with a bunch of paint splashes for modesty at some point, hmm.
