This is a plein air drawing done recently at the old family farm property near Greenfield, Tennessee. This tree has a beautiful shape and rugged bark. I enjoyed sitting under the shade of another maple tree while I drew this. It is unframed - the framed image is for reference only. The paper is heavy duty acid free 98 lb sketchpad paper Strathmore Vision for mixed media.
