I was walking the path in our nearby Wolf River Trails area when I noticed this decaying stump. I was visually intrigued by the interesting textures, colors and contrasts. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Hopefully you are a beholder too. Your painting will be inserted into a plastic sleeve and packed carefully in a standard no. 10 business envelope. It is also signed on the front and the back. Sometimes I use gouache (opaque watercolor) and/or colored pencils and pastel pencils in a limited way to enhance the painting.
