What is it with cats and books? My cats take turns guarding the bookcases in my house-- as well as sitting or stretching out on any open books I'm trying to read. I've gotten to the point now where I don't think a bookcase looks complete without a cat somewhere close by it.
This painting was done with bright pastels on drawing paper. It will be carefully packaged and shipped with Glassine paper to protect the artwork.
