Started this at Round Valley Regional Preserve near Brentwood, CA, and finished it today in my studio. This lovely area, with its patchwork of oak trees, savannahs and vineyards changes colors throughout the year, shifting from intense yellow-greens and lavenders in Winter to soft flaxen gold in the summer. Acrylic on gallery-wrapped deep canvas with painted edges, no frame is needed. Started this at Round Valley Regional Preserve near Brentwood, CA, and finished it today in my studio.
