This ACEO artwork is done in oils, so it has taken me a very long time to paint. At first, I wasn't happy with the way the house looked. Once I omitted the siding (Just too busy, it detracted from the icicles) the cats and mice became the focal point. These little guys are destined to show up in more of my artwork.
