Sea Cow has been over 30 years in the making. I first designed her in the 80's. The black and white spotted manatee was supposed to make an appearance in a craft book that didn't happen. I continued to draw her over the ensuing years, but only for myself. With the start of the 'ACEO Summer Madness' contest, I thought this would be the perfect time for Sea Cow to make her worldwide debut. Enjoy! Sea Cow has been over 30 years in the making.
