I've been working on these little guys for over two years and finally finished them in time for EBSQ's Penguin Exhibit. They were fashioned after real Adelie Penguins. Trying to decide what color the lady bug shells should be is what stumped me. At one point, their shells were going to be an ice blue with snow flakes on them. But, I decided to save that for other penguin lady bugs I'm working on. They should be done soon. ;) Instead, I went with the traditional red shell with white dots.
