The ribbon of red and blue looks either raised, or like a canyon with the lavender like a plateau. I've always been fascinated with how the landscape looks from the air. Now we have Google Maps and can see the landscape from the air anytime we want, which can be very inspiring. Yet this is a poured painting, which develop natural forms all the time. It is really fun to see this happen. Story: On November 8, 2018 the Camp Fire destroyed our home, offices, my art studio and all my art that was still in stock, over 175 pieces. In 2019 I had the opportunity to go to a studio and do some paint pouring. It was a wonderful way to be creative, have fun, and not think about the losses.
