This is the first oil painting that I've done in a long time. I normally use acrylics because I don't like working with solvents. These are solvent free oils so that's no longer a problem. I you thought I would have fun using them to paint this Granny Smith apple. I left some of the brush work in the apple, I especially like the small highlight area.
