Found this brandy snifter in a thrift store and knew I wanted to paint it with flowers in it. At first I was going to give it a canvas all its own, but then I decided to include it in this dahlia painting (already painted). I saved the miniature daisies from another old flower arrangement and felt their sweet little faces worked nicely peeking out here and there. I intend to use the snifter in other paintings eventually, as I like its possibilities.
