Painted from a combination of two challenge photos, one of irises in a garden, and the other of an assortment of shells with a blue jar. Challenge was to place any combination together in a painting. I chose to make a floral still life, changing the jar to a bowl, using one shell and placing the irises behind the bowl. I also experimented with mixed media of watercolors and acrylics.
