Painted for DPW's "Green" challenge. Being spring, when everything is shades of green, from the moss on the tree trunks, to the new grasses and leaves on the trees, it was pretty easy to paint this one. I walk/hike almost everyday in this county park near where I live. So I took this picture with my phone as I neared the river, because I liked the scene; and used it to paint this painting.
