When I first saw a photo of pink sunflowers a while back, I thought it must be photo shopped. I googled 'pink sunflowers' and there they were in all their rosy glory. So when this "sunflower challenge" came up I decided to paint them for the challenge. They are so pretty and unique that I feel they are almost a fantasy, so I tried to achieve that feeling in my painting.
