Finally, I had time to paint the same day the farmer's market was happening. Hard decision, radishes or beets, hmmm Well, the colors in these beets and the greens grabbed me.Set up on my deck and had a blast painting them. I'm not crazy about beets but sliced them up thin a little olive oil and salt and bake them until they were crispy. Not bad. Violet loves them for snacks. The greens got chopped up and Violet and I are still enjoying them. For me in salad and Vi has them on her kibble along with beef broth. She loves it!!@sheilamarieart
