San Antonio Riverwalk Padre Park Dam is an acrylic landscape painting I did in early 2019. Resulting from a day spent along the San Antonio river with my youngest son on a beautiful day. This is actually one of 8 paintings that resulted from that day. Anyway, the scene depicted is the dam at Padre Park. It shows the water sluice and the block used for benches along the top of the dam. In the painting the west side of the dam is just underwater while the east side is dry while you look up river. The titile of this work is "San Antonio Riverwalk at Padre Park" and it is an original work of art created by me on March 27, 2019 using Golden heavy body acrylic paints on a Centurion LX linen over wood panel. The painting is varnished to a satin finish with Golden water based varnish. The frame is 15.25 inches tall x 12.25 inches wide x .75 inches thick and is a black wood Ambiance studio frame. I usually mail the painting the next business day after purchase, but I always ask for two days handling just in case. Though I try very hard to get the colors in the photos as close to the actual painting as I can, they may still be slightly different from the physical painting. Digital cameras don't pick up certain colors very well and often change the look of a painting slightly. So, understand that the photos are edited.
