It's still hot enough for iced tea here in the montane of Colorado. I'm sitting on the porch and see how beautiful this glass jar filled with tea and water looks, gradually darkening and the tea brews, distorting the images of all that is behind it. This painting studies all that, especially the colors as they shift and blend.
