This cactus, Opuntia cor, thrives in hot environs, like deserts. It's fruit is in the shape of beautiful hearts in gorgeous shapes ranging from coral to deepest crimson. Opuntia is a genus of the Cactus family and there are many varieties The species,'cor',which I've painted is heretofore unknown to the best of my knowledge.
