We were hiking far away from people and traffic noise, surrounded by beautiful, soft green hills and mountains, and in the distance, I could hear the sound of a stream. I hear different songs or melodies in streams, depending on their size and maybe what the water travels over or around. This stream, on this day, sounded beautifully inviting and so I followed its melody down to the stream bed and there, perched on rocks in the middle, took multiple photos to use for this painting.
