Yesterday was such a busy day, I didn’t know if I was coming or going. This morning I noticed that many of my peony blossoms are gone or their petals have created a carpet on the lawn. Before I could feel sad that another peony season was in the books, I caught a glimpse of the yellow Daylilies that decided to bloom. No matter what the calendar says, we just turned the page from spring to summer. Time to spy the first glint of a lightning bug. Yesterday was such a busy day, I didn’t know if I was coming or going.
