I love asparagus and planted some a few years ago at the back of the garden. They are one of the first veggies to harvest, but I only have six plants. I end of using them in flower arrangements more than meal prep. I love how they look with random wildflowers from around the property. Clearly I need to plant more if I'm ever going to enjoy a bountiful harvest.
