We are taking a deep dive into the color Yellow in my Creative Spirits class sponsored by Spring Hill, TN, Parks and Recreation. Today we painted warm tones of yellow to create a still life of lemons in a basket wtih burlap cloth drape. Even though today is sunny (finally!) it's incredibly cold. This painting makes me want to put on the kettle and make a teapot of hot Oolong tea with fresh lemons. I think I will.
