"My Crown Chakra" Hoobie Joobie alert: I'm going to tell you what my yoga teacher told US, her students, today. She talked about our various chakras (or energy centers) in our bodies; and today she was focused on our "crown chakra" and she made this motion with her hands like she was setting a crown on her head. She said it's the area where we connect with higher self, the area where ideas and creativity spring forth...and I immediately imagined these flower collages, that I have been working on, bursting out of the top of my head!!! Like my head is the earth that they grow out of. And of course, I was the student sitting there nodding and grinning...responding to her AND in my own little world.
