"The Right Ratio" Can I just say that I think that the grocery store Trader Joe's has worked out the perfect 'soul food' to 'body food' ratio. I mean, before you even get into the store, outside, they present beautiful seasonal plant based beauty. Then, you step inside and you are confronted with the slightly more fragile beauty of cut flowers, foliage, and orchids. In other words, every foray to get food for your corporeal sustenance, is prefaced by an opportunity to select 'soul food' before all else. You HAVE TO run a delightful gauntlet of verdure and foliage before you enter the everyday land of cereal, veg, meats, and frozen foods. I think that Trader Joe's is showing us how our day should be structured: lotta beauty first, then the practical stuff!
