I decided that my two words this year will be "fierce joy". No matter the news, I will continue my work: the work of encouragement. I will believe in the 'good' and anticipate the good, and hope for the good. Planting a garden indicates fierce joy and hope for the future...but 'planting' and 'PLANNING' a garden, is just plain revolutionary. Making a garden to stand for many seasons to come is crazy optimism. I am all for crazy optimism. I decided that my two words this year will be "fierce joy".
