There are saints among us every day: the people who serve us and wait on us and attend to us. One of my relatives loves to ask the server's name, and then use it and THEN leave a measly tip! arghhh...these people did not go into a service job to make friends, they NEED money. And if, you can afford to drive thru and grab expensive coffee, or go out and have the whole meal brought to you (and then the dishes done), you can afford to tip. Sorry for the rant...one of my children works in the service sector, and she amuses herself by using different accents on different customers...sadly we are not ALL this creative. But especially this holiday season, remember to 'see' all of the people who serve you as 'saints among us'... treat them accordingly.and There are saints among us every day: the people who serve us and wait on us and attend to us.
